The Dash Lynx Toyota Plug-n-play Dash Camera wiring kit (Patent-Pending) allows you to effortlessly install a dash camera, Radar, navigation, GPS, and/or smart phones safely and quickly into your vehicle. With two USB Type A sockets, you can chose to run your cables on the left side, right side, or both, for a cleaner and easier install. The Dash Lynx will provide power to your dash camera or accessories only when the vehicle’s ignition is on, or when the engine is running. When the vehicle is off, it turns off. The Dash Lynx power supply has 2 USB 5 watt outputs. Quick access USB Type-A sockets allow you to easily change from micro-USB to mini-USB for all major Dash Camera brands. Designed by aerospace engineers in America with the highest safety standards, the Dash Lynx comes with 3 embedded auto-resetting electric fuses and reverse polarity protection to protect your devices in the event of a bad jump start or electrical shock. The fuses are properly designed and specified for each vehicle year/make/model so that in the event of a dash camera failure or short, your vehicles main power harness is not affected. Dash Lynx will not void your vehicles warranty. Designed with low EMI/electrical noise components, soft start, and peak current-mode control – Dash Lynx power supply accepts inputs as low as 3.5 volts to 28 volts and outputs a steady 5 volts for your USB devices. Circuit board independently designed and tested to withstand operational temperatures over 80°C with two dash cameras running, cold temperatures as low as -40°C, non-operational temperatures over 100°C.
